"Heather helped me obtain my weight loss and exercise goals by developing a workout routine that I could stick with. She gave additional exercises to target the specific areas of my body when I asked her to. If a certain exercise felt too awkward or 'not quite right', she would help me find an alternative exercise that would be just as effective. Heather was always encouraging, challenging in just the right ways, and very knowledgeable in her field. I appreciate her continued support, even after my goals were achieved."
