INITIAL CONSULTATION: approximately 2 hours; consists of gathering information regarding helath, diet, and exercise history; setting goals; developing an individualized training plan, and counseling the client about issues related to history, goals, and the individualized training plan.

TRAINING SESSION: includes a one hour, one-to-one training session.

Combination packages include:
CONSULTATION + 3 TRAINING SESSIONS: includes initial consultation and three one hour, one-to-one training sessions. Recommended for most of my new clients.

CONSULTATION + WEEKLY FOLLOW-UP: includes initial consultation and weekly e-mail or phone contact as a resource to the client. The follow-up contact will consist of 4 weeks. Recommended for those who may just need new ideas or a tweak in their existing fitness goals.
